We are all looking forward to our Lap of the Lake event tomorrow at Castlewellan Forest Park.
Everyone should meet on the green in front of the castle, ready to set off at 6:00pm.
The weather forecast is predicting some rain, so please remember to bring a coat. The trees around the lake will provide some shelter.
Thank you to everyone who has already gathered sponsorship – your support is greatly appreciated. We kindly ask that all sponsorship forms are returned to school on Thursday 28th May or Monday 1st June so we can calculate the total amount raised.
All children must be accompanied by an adult, and we remind everyone to take care when near the lake.
There will be no parking charge, and you are very welcome to bring along some snacks to enjoy during or after the walk.
Please note that children are off school on Friday 22nd May for a School Development Day.
