We had a fantastic day celebrating as a school today to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. Thank you to everyone for making such a great effort. The children and staff thoroughly enjoyed themselves. 👸

As part of the ‘Beach Schools’ initiative, Primary Seven went to the beach to learn more about symmetry, making their own symmetrical images in pairs.   Then as a reward for reading over 11,000,000 words so far as a class in the Accelerated Reader programme, Primary Seven got to spend some time at Newcastle’s new play park.

Over the Easter holidays, Aaron competed in Savate (a French kickboxing combat sport).   Aaron won the championship for his age group and we are very proud of his achievements!

Our school football team travelled to Donard Park to play two six-a-side friendly matches against St. Mary's Primary School. Well done to all of the goalscorers and to our goalkeepers Brady, Danny and Sophia for many great saves!
