😊P4 were very proud to receive their certificates from Fresh Little Minds on Tuesday. They have enjoyed the sunrise programme using the ‘AMBER approach’
P4 shared with Sinead from FLM some of the things that we learned and enjoyed about the resilience building programme this year in P4.
AMBER reminds us:
💜 A is for anchor. Anchors are the trusted people who we turn to when we feel uncomfortable.
💙M is for move. Moving is medicine for our bodies and minds.
💚B is for breathe. Our breath is our superpower. We have learned ways to control our breathing when we feel upset.
💛E is for express. We have learned more about how to express ourselves and to describe how we feel.
❤️R is for relax. Relaxation supports our immune system and helps us uplifts our emotions.
