This year, the school will be using a Microsoft Form to collect essential pupil data and annual consent forms. This applies to all children from Nursery to Primary 7, and we kindly ask that a separate form is completed for each child. The forms contain important information that helps us support your child effectively, so we would greatly appreciate it if they could be completed before school starts on Tuesday 26th August.
