EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
We are pleased to be adding Homework Club to Breakfast Club and Fun Club for 2025/26. As I'm sure you understand, we need the correct amount of staff to run these activities and it is ESSENTIAL that we know numbers for all activities in advance.
QR codes and links to Microsoft forms will be released weekly on Thursday afternoons and bookings for After School clubs will be released weekly on Schoolmoney each Thursday at 6pm.
ALL bookings for the following week for will have to be completed by Friday mornings at 11.00am. This will include:
DINNERS (free and paid)
SNACK
BREAKFAST CLUB
FUN CLUB
HOMEWORK CLUB
PAYMENT FOR BREAKFAST CLUB, FUN CLUB AND HOMEWORK CLUB
We will collate all the information from the Microsoft forms on the Friday and there will be one payment per family added to schoolmoney which will include any of the 3 clubs that have been booked. This will also include any family discounts that are being applied.
