'African Afternoon'

To help raise funds for the New Beginnings Charity, we held a non uniform day on Friday 22nd September. We also had an 'African Afternoon' where the children at NPS got to experience a little of what it's like in Uganda.

We washed clothes by hand, made footballs out of newspaper and plastic bags and had to carry cans of water. It was a great afternoon but we also got to appreciate some of the privileges that we enjoy living in Northern Ireland!
